Verified points, bounded claims

MapMC uses the same audited Java 26.2 browser kernel as the Seed Map. Returned Overworld, Nether, and End points are sampled every four blocks at the displayed Y level; representative results are confirmed by the official Minecraft server.

Minecraft Biome Finder FAQ

How does this Minecraft Biome Finder work?

It samples Java 26.2 Biomes on a four-block grid at the displayed Y slice, searches from your origin outward, and returns the nearest matching sample within 4,096 blocks.

Can I use it as a Nether Biome Finder?

Yes. Choose Nether and one of the supported Nether Biomes. The result includes X/Z, distance, Y slice, and a link to view the point on the Seed Map.

Does MapMC receive my Seed or coordinates?

No. The search runs in a browser Worker. Shared state is stored after the URL # symbol rather than sent as a normal page request.

Does it find Structures, cave Biomes, or Bedrock locations?

Not yet. P1 supports selected surface-style Java 26.2 Biomes in the Overworld, Nether, and End, with an explicit Y slice and bounded radius.
